Students from all countries can apply for the JEMARO programme provided that they fullfil the academic and language requirements listed here. Japanese students have to apply through Keio University, information is available on the JEMARO Japanese website.

Students must spend the first year in one European institution and the second year in Keio University, Japan. This mobility within the programme is mandatory.
The mobility preferences of students with scholarships will be taken into account but we cannot guarantee their first choice for the M1. Students without a scholarship will normally obtain their first choice. All students will go to Keio University, Japan, for the M2.
