First intake of students for JEMARO

Centrale Nantes is delighted to welcome the first intake of students on campus for the first semester of the Erasmus Mundus JEMARO programme. 12 students from 7 countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Japan, Russia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, USA) make up the first cohort.

Vincent Fremont, programme coordinator, alongside his fellow coordinators in our partner universities (connecting remotely) will formally welcome students to the programme on Friday 4 September. The two students who have already arrived on campus (pictured below) will attend in person, the remainder will connect via video-conference. A tour of the robotics platform is also planned.

Programme students at our partner institutions are due to commence their courses on 21 September (University of Genoa), and 1 October (Warsaw University of Technology). All students will transfer to Keio University in Japan for their second year.
